MOMENTUM Symposium & Stakeholder Event

Save the date: MOMENTUM Microplastics and Human Health International Symposium and Stakeholder Event on 30 June and 1 July, 2025 in Utrecht, The Netherlands

The Dutch MOMENTUM Microplastics and Human Health project brought together over 25 partners from academia, medicine, industry, policy and non-governmental organisations over the last 4 years. The goal of our project was to unravel the human health effects of microplastics and nanoplastics and to propose solutions to minimize their potential health impact.

Join us in Utrecht for the final meeting of this exciting project! We will present the latest research findings on the effects of of micro- and nanoplastics on human health, and address solutions and strategies to mitigate risks in a multi-stakeholder forum. The programme will include contributions from both MOMENTUM partners and other international experts in the field. It is possible to present your own work on microplastics at a poster session.
