Andrea Mizzi Brunner is a project manager in the field of microplastics and air quality in the Environmental Modelling Sensing and Analysis group at TNO.
She has a background in biotechnology, a PhD in neuroproteomics from the ETH (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in Zürich, Switzerland and over ten years of experience in mass spectrometry method development. Before transitioning to project management, she worked as Senior Scientist Analytical Chemistry and coordinator of the Chemical Safety research program for the Dutch drinking water companies. She has been working extensively with small and large companies in the water cycle as well as with governmental organisations.
