MOMENTUM Solutions Roadmap

In MOMENTUM, we aim to unravel the human health effects of micro- and nanoplastics and find solutions. MOMENTUM partners have developed a roadmap featuring three main solution routes to minimise the potential health impact of exposure to micro- and nanoplastics. These routes focus on biodegradation, improving materials and product properties, and linking environmental and human risk assessment. The roadmap reveals the current status of the solution routes, remaining gaps, and future steps.
